Prcom agency continues with the series of internal training

Business coach, consultant and psychologist Natalia Vovk conducted two internal trainings for the team of prcom agency. In December Natalia revealed the secrets of the effective interaction with customers and in March she shared the information about emotional intelligence.

The team held the test and considered a model of emotional intelligence Bar-Ona during the training.

Natalia also told what exactly emotional intelligence is and what role do our emotions play in achieving business success at work and in communication with other people.
